How quickly will you reply?
Within 48 hours, every time, including a slot to talk. If you have not heard from me in that window, the message has not arrived, try again or check your spam folder for my reply.
Does the first call cost anything?
No. Thirty minutes, no obligation and you are welcome to take what you learn and act on it yourself.
What should I include in the message?
Your website if you have one, what you sell, the areas you cover and what you want more of. Two lines is genuinely enough to start.
Do you work with businesses outside London?
Yes. London is where most of my clients are, but the work is not restricted to it.
